TP-Link Tapo T310 – Smart Temperature & Humidity Sensor
The TP-Link Tapo T310 is a compact smart temperature and humidity sensor designed to monitor indoor environmental conditions accurately and provide real-time alerts through the Tapo app. It uses a high-accuracy Swiss-made sensor and updates readings every 2 seconds, making it suitable for homes, offices, baby rooms, greenhouses, wine cellars, instrument storage areas, and other environments where temperature and humidity need to be monitored.
The T310 measures temperatures from -20°C to 60°C and humidity from 0% to 99% RH, with typical accuracy of ±0.3°C and ±3% RH. Users can configure customised temperature and humidity thresholds and receive instant notifications when conditions move outside the preferred range.
The sensor can also be integrated into Tapo smart-home automations. For example, it can trigger a compatible Tapo smart plug to switch a fan or heater on or off when a specified temperature is reached. A Tapo Smart Hub is required for the T310’s smart features.
The Tapo T310 is powered by a replaceable CR2450 coin-cell battery and offers up to 2 years of battery life under TP-Link’s stated laboratory conditions. It can be installed using the supplied lanyard, adhesive, magnetic mount, or simply placed on a desk or shelf.
