The Hikvision DS-KIS604-S(C) is a fully featured IP video intercom kit designed for residential environments like villas and houses. It offers high-resolution video, remote management, and flexible connectivity to meet modern security needs.

On the outdoor side, the DS-KV8113-WME1(C) door station comes with a 2 MP sensor capable of 1920 × 1080 mainstream video and a 124° (H) × 75° (V) field of view for broad coverage. It supports IR night illumination, so you can clearly identify visitors even in low light. Video is compressed using H.264, H.265, or MJPEG, balancing quality and bandwidth.

The door unit runs on Embedded Linux, with 32 MB Flash and 256 MB RAM. For audio, it has a built-in omnidirectional microphone and a speaker that outputs over 80 dB at 30 cm, with built-in noise suppression and echo cancellation.

In terms of capacity, the door station supports up to 2,000 users, making it scalable for larger households or shared properties.

Connectivity is flexible: 10/100 Mbps Ethernet plus Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n) are both supported. It also supports IP protocols like TCP/IP, RTSP, IPv6, and ONVIF.

The I/O interface includes:

The outdoor unit has a rated power consumption of less than 10 W and supports IEEE 802.3af PoE or 12 V DC input. It’s built for tough environments, with a working temperature range from –40°C to +53°C, 10-95% humidity, and protection at IP65 and IK08.

Inside, the 7″ indoor monitor (DS-KH6320-WTE1) runs on Embedded Linux with 128 MB RAM and 32 MB Flash. The capacitive touch screen has 1024 × 600 resolution and provides a responsive, modern interface.

Audio on the indoor unit also benefits from noise suppression and echo cancellation. It supports G.711 U / A for audio compression.

For networking, the indoor station supports both Ethernet (10/100 Mbps) and Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n). It supports TCP/IP, SIP, and RTSP protocols.

On the I/O side, the monitor includes:

• 2 relay outputs for lock control or other devices

• TF card slot, supporting micro-SD up to 32 GB (SD 2.0 or lower) for storing snapshots, messages, or video.

Power consumption on the indoor monitor is ≤ 6 W, and it can be powered via PoE (802.3af) or 12 V DC. Operating temperature is –10°C to +55°C, with humidity support from 10% to 90%. The monitor is surface-mounted and measures 200 × 140 × 15.1 mm.
