The Hikvision DS-3E0518P-E(B) is a high-density unmanaged Gigabit Ethernet switch designed for video, surveillance, and network-heavy deployments. It offers 16 × Gigabit RJ45 PoE ports, plus 1 × Gigabit RJ45 uplink port and 1 × Gigabit SFP fiber uplink port—providing flexible connectivity for cameras, NVRs, servers, or backbone links.

Supporting IEEE 802.3af and 802.3at (PoE/PoE+), the switch delivers up to 30 W per port and a generous total PoE power budget of 230 W, making it suitable for powering multiple high-power devices such as PTZ cameras, wireless access points, or other PoE-enabled devices—all over a single Ethernet cable.

Performance-wise, DS-3E0518P-E(B) offers a non-blocking switching capacity of 36 Gbps, a packet forwarding rate of 26.78 Mpps, and an 8K MAC-address table with a 4.1 Mbit internal cache, ensuring stable full-bandwidth performance even under heavy traffic load.
