The Hikvision DS-1H18S-EC Video Transceiver is a passive video balun designed to convert and transmit analog and HD CCTV video signals over UTP Cat 5e/6 twisted-pair cables. This compact accessory simplifies CCTV cabling by allowing you to use common network cables instead of coaxial runs, reducing cost and installation complexity while maintaining video quality.  Compatible with major CCTV formats including HDCVI, HDTVI, AHD, and CVBS, this balun supports resolutions up to 8 MP and provides real-time, high-quality video transmission with strong interference rejection. It works with both cameras and DVR/NVR video inputs, making it a versatile solution for analog and hybrid CCTV systems.
