The Hikvision DS-1LN6U-SC0 is a premium Category 6 U/UTP Ethernet cable, specifically engineered for structured cabling systems and large-scale networking installations.

At its core, the cable features solid bare copper conductors (99.95%) with a diameter of 0.55 mm (23 AWG), which delivers superior conductivity and minimizes resistance for efficient data and PoE transmission. The insulating material is made of HDPE, helping preserve signal integrity.

The outer sheath is made of PVC, sporting an orange color with “HIKVISION 4PR 23AWG … U/UTP CAT6” printing. It includes a rip cord for easy stripping during installation.

This cable is built to last: it resists aging (100°C × 24 h × 10 days), has strong tensile strength and elongation, and survives cold-bend testing. Its electrical characteristics are solid:

• Impedance: 100 Ω ± 15 Ω up to 100 MHz; 100 Ω ± 25 Ω from 100 to 250 MHz

• Delay skew: ≤ 45 ns per 100 m

• DC resistance: ≤ 9.38 Ω per 100 m

• Conductor unbalance: ≤ 5%

In practical use, it has been tested to perform under continuous PoE load (57 V / 1 A) over 100 m, making it ideal for power-over-Ethernet deployments. The nominal cable length per box is 305 m, and it supports an operating voltage of 60 V.
