It supports dual-band wireless (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz) and delivers a combined maximum throughput of up to 1500 Mbps—300 Mbps on the 2.4 GHz band and 1201 Mbps on the 5 GHz band.
Equipped with 4 high-gain external antennas (5 dBi), the router ensures broad signal coverage (up to ~120 m² / 1300 ft² under ideal conditions) and strong penetration through walls. It leverages modern wireless technologies, including MU-MIMO, OFDMA, and beamforming, which improve performance and efficiency—especially when multiple devices are connected simultaneously.
On the wired side, DS-3WR15X offers a Gigabit WAN port and 3 Gigabit LAN ports, making it ideal for high-speed wired connections to desktops, NAS devices, IP cameras, or switches. Power is delivered via a 12 V DC, 1 A adapter, with a maximum power consumption of ≤ 10 W.
The router supports a range of operating modes—Router, Wireless Extender, and Access Point—giving flexibility depending on your network setup. For security, it supports WPA2-PSK and WPA3-SAE (where available), plus options to hide SSID and use WPS for secure setup.
