The Hikvision DS-K1T808MFWX is a highly versatile access control terminal from the Pro Series, combining fingerprint, M1-card, and PIN authentication. It supports up to 3,000 fingerprint templates, 3,000 cards, and logs up to 100,000 events, making it suitable for mid- to large-sized deployments.

A 2.4″ color LCD display (320 × 240) provides a clear and intuitive UI for users, showing status, time, and interaction feedback.  The device runs on a Linux OS for stability and efficiency.

Connectivity is flexible: the terminal supports 10/100 Mbps Ethernet (RJ-45) and 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi (802.11b/g/n), giving options for both wired and wireless network setups.  Interfaces include RS-485, Wiegand (W26/W34), and USB, as well as a lock control, exit button, door contact, and tamper switch for full access control integration.

Authentication is handled by an optical fingerprint module, with support for both 1:1 and 1:N matching modes. It also reads M1-type cards for card-based access.

For power, the terminal uses 12 V DC and supports bracket-mounted battery backup, ensuring uninterrupted operation.  Its power consumption is low, at ≤ 6 W.

It’s built for reliability, operating over a temperature range of –10°C to +55°C, and with humidity tolerance of 0–90% (non-condensing). Localization support includes multiple languages, such as English, Arabic, Vietnamese, Russian, Spanish, and more.
