The Hikvision IC-S50 is a high-quality MIFARE-1 contactless smart card, optimized for access control systems and compatible with a wide range of Hikvision readers and intercom devices.

Using the ISO/IEC 14443A standard, this card operates at 13.56 MHz, enabling secure and efficient wireless communication with access control hardware.  It uses CRYPTO1 encryption for strong data protection, along with dual-layer security keys to manage access rights for each memory section.

Internally, the IC-S50 has 1 KB of EEPROM, organized into 16 sectors, each with 4 blocks. You can define custom access conditions and read/write settings per block. The card supports 100,000 write cycles and features 10-year data retention, making it reliable over long-term use.

Built for real-world environments, the card is made from PVC, measures 85.5 × 54 × 0.8 mm, and weighs under 5.6 g. It’s rated to function between –20°C and +75°C, making it resilient across a broad range of conditions.

For ease of use, its read distance is rated up to 10 cm, depending on the reader’s antenna design.
