The Hikvision DS-KH6320-WTE1 is a sleek and powerful indoor station from Hikvision’s IP intercom Pro-Series (KH6). Designed for modern intercom systems, it features a 7″ capacitive touch screen (1024 × 600) for intuitive control.

It runs on embedded Linux, powered by 128 MB of RAM and 32 MB of flash memory, giving it enough capacity for intercom operations, live video, and message storage. The device supports both PoE (IEEE 802.3af) and 12 V DC, simplifying installation options.

Built-in Wi-Fi (2.4 GHz, 802.11 b/g/n) ensures flexibility for network setups without relying solely on Ethernet. For network protocols, it supports TCP/IP, SIP, and RTSP.

In terms of I/O, the station has:

• 8 alarm inputs

• 2 relay outputs (lock control) (max 30 V DC, 0.3 A)

• RS-485 interface for external integration

• TF card slot (microSD) up to 128 GB, for storing captured images and alarm logs

Audio is handled with a built-in omnidirectional microphone and speaker, using G.711 U / G.711 A / G.722.1 codecs, along with noise suppression and echo cancellation for clear communication.

Capacity-wise, the station supports up to 16 indoor extensions, 17 door stations, and 16 network cameras, making it flexible for scalable setups. It can also store up to 200 snapshots and 200 alarm records when a TF card is used.

With a power draw of ≤ 5 W, the device is energy efficient. Temperature-wise, it operates between –10°C and +55°C, with 10–90% humidity (non-condensing).
